Upgrade of Mindray BeneHeart Defibrillators
Mindray BeneHeart Defibrillators have undergone an interesting upgrade! The upgraded products can be ordered after 4 November 2024. The Mindray BeneHeart models are already known for their reliability and user-friendly features, but now they have had a promising upgrade. In this blog post, we take a look at the new additional specifications for extra support during CPR. Read on to find out what makes the upgrade for these models so attractive!
LCD screen
The Mindray BeneHeart C1A now has an LCD screen. This compact 1.96’ LCD screen shows the duration and number of shocks administered and the battery status during CPR. The LCD screen allows you to check the system version, perform a manual self-test and view error codes. The two buttons next to the screen allow you to easily navigate through the different options on the screen. When you apply the electrodes to a victim's chest, green LED lights will illuminate in the image on the screen, to help you with correct placement.
Acoustic alarm
Following the upgrade, BeneHeart models are now equipped with an acoustic alarm. Error messages are even more noticeable, so you will quickly know when the defibrillator needs to be checked to make it ready for use again.
In addition, when closing the lid the defibrillator now automatically performs a check for the presence of connected electrodes. When they are not connected, this is indicated via the red flashing status indicator and the new audible alarm.
Practical note: the upgraded versions will keep the same name, but the SKUs of the products will be changed.
