There is no doubt that all employees of Medisol / AEDexpert will do their utmost to help you properly and in a timely manner. However where people work mistakes can always be made. Do you have a complaint or a suggestion to improve our service? We would like to hear from you.

Please mention the following:

  • The nature of the complaint;
  • The order number or invoice number to which the complaint applies;
  • Contact person and contact details;
  • If necessary, the required corrective action;
  • If possible the product to which the complaint relates.

We take your complaint under consideration and will come up with a response within three working days.
