The built-in WI-FI function also ensures that professional care providers, who are connected to Physio Control's LIFENET system, are informed of the condition of a casualty.  For example, the AED transmits ECG data to this system during an emergency.  Afterwards, the required information can also be easily forwarded to connected emergency services.
